can u be more specific?
but heres some general guidelines: relax your upper body, flick straight out, and when your first learning them, do them as low as u can

flick out with your front foot, right in the poket of con-cave before the nose, and keep your bak foot up as high as possible, then when you see the board has gone all the way around just come down, also, try to stay levle, and parralel with your deck,
